Debra Stangl
Founder of Sedona Soul Adventures
Debra Stangl is the founder and guiding force behind Sedona Soul Adventures, known for creating fully customized, private retreats that help individuals and couples heal, reconnect, and transform with lasting impact.
From crisis to clarity
Debra’s path began with burnout after more than two decades in divorce law, which left her exhausted and spiritually depleted until a 1999 visit to Sedona catalyzed a profound inner shift. That experience led her to leave her legal practice and in the following years, she repeatedly returned to Sedona for intensive one-on-one work with expert practitioners, a model that later became the foundation of Sedona Soul Adventures. In 2001, she moved to Sedona and started Sedona Soul Adventures in 2002.

Antonella Rubicco: Architect of Purposeful Innovation and Resilient Leadership at A3Cube Inc.
In an industry defined by speed, scale, and relentless reinvention, few leaders embody the union of technical daring and human-centered leadership as fully as Antonella Rubicco, co-founder and CEO of A3Cube Inc. Her journey is not a polished tale of linear progress. It is a hard-won narrative built on curiosity, risk, and the kind of persistence that turns improbable ideas into tangible outcomes. As chief editor of The CXO Time, I find in her story a powerful model for modern leadership: the courage to imagine beyond accepted limits, the discipline to execute under pressure, and the humility to elevate people as the true source of organizational value.

CEO/Founder of Smart Community Technologies/NOSTR Fundraising
Decentralized technologies are often not truly decentralized. Bitcoin is often confused with the term cryptocurrency and grouped with other coins, but nothing could be further from the truth. Bitcoin stands alone in many areas of technology and protocol; however, we will not delve into those details here.
What does decentralized mean? What does Web 3 mean? What does crypto mean? Many terms are thrown around in the decentralized technology space, often misused or misunderstood. Some repeat what they’ve heard without knowing the differences, unintentionally misleading others.
At the core, people seek security, sovereignty, privacy, and freedom. The only technologies providing these are Bitcoin, NOSTR, eCash, and Lightning....
